Secure Card Authorisation

Pre-authorise your card below before we start the session, your card is only charged after the work is done. I never see or store your card number.

My rate is £24 per half hour (including VAT). You’re billed later only for the time actually used, rounded up to the nearest half-hour.

How Payment Works

Card check (no payment taken)

Stripe, the payment processor places a temporary hold for up to four half‑hour slots (£96 total). No money leaves your account at this stage.

Job Completion

When we finish and only if your issue is resolved, I’ll collect the correct amount (£24, £48, £72 or £96), any unused balance is released straight away.

FAQs

I can accept a bank transfer, a convenient QR Code that prefills all the bank payment info would be generated. Paypal not currently.

If payment is not captured or cancelled – up to 7 days (bank rules).

No. It’s a pre‑authorisation. If we don’t go ahead, the hold disappears automatically (your bank may show it as “pending” for a day or two).
